I am a Vibrational Healer among other things.
What you need to think about the most about the products you are taking is this
1. Are they vibrationally resonant with me, my lifestyle, my total being
2. Am I taking too little, or not enough of them during the day
3. Are there any products which are not completely vibrationally resonant with my total body, mind, lifestyle which could mean they are doing some harm even some minor harm?
4. Should I discontinue one or more of these products, or increase the dosages, etc, or take something else because of a season change, or a lifestyle change in the summer, spring, winter, or fall, etc. By lifestyle change I mean for example, mean you exercise more in the summer, or you eat differently because you go to Italy and visit with your relatives for a couple of months.

Do you eat frozen food, or eat everything fresh, with lots of veggies or fruits?
Do you take enzymes?

I understand more about the marketing hype you are talking about.
There are lots of people who come to my web site for advice on Candida Diet, but the Candida Diet is not the answer, to this prevalent yeast/fungal infection.
So, perhaps there has been so much hype that people need more information to become convinced of long term healing possible with vibrational readings.

One of the other things I want to mention that you can almost always find a product which is more vibrationally resonant with you.

Sometimes, perhaps all the time there is a homeopathic which is incredibly resonant with you that is just so cheap, you might not want to believe.

Homeopathics for example especially in the 1M to 10M range are I believe under-utilized.

I think you are one class of American who is not taking pharmaceuticals, does not want to take pharmas, want to stay healthy and is doing something about that.

Depending on how strong your organs are right now, you may want to consider looking at your use of or being in proximity of electromagnetic emitting devices, such as cell phones, wi-fis, and also computers, computer screens, etc.

As you probably know when working with clients, its not what someone does just once and a while and sometimes not what they do once a week, but what they do and do not do all the time.
