Enjoying your article (blog?) Aerosmith Marketing Lessons lead me to be interested in reading these other writings of yours. I don't have any of your books yet but have read a few of the books of others you mention like Seth Godin. Your postings intrigue me. I hadn't quite thought I'd really need another "Marketing" book since I bought, read and enjoyed "Book Yourself Solid" by Michael Port. Darn. Now I have to get yours too. Isn't there a limit to how much Business & Marketing one should learn? I feel like junkie with all the research I do and impliment. What I really need is a good secretary and maybe a small storefront.

Anyhow Thank You for sharing.

Dear Joe,

I was listening to your interview secrets of ho`oponopono revealed. Very inspiring, thank you. And while listening, you were telling that you talk to the sky, to the stars. Well... last week, I was painting, intuitively, following my inspiration... that`s is what cleanses me, painting is like praying for me... When leaving my painting-friends home, by bike, in the evening, I felt gratefull, for everything. There was a heavy feeling, somewhere, in my body... sadness? Toxic emotional waste... wanting to leave my being after the drawing-cleansing-shower. At the same time I felt connected, to nature, the trees, the river, the wind ... suddenly I started to cry, like a child. Very hard and loudly. And I was happy, gratefull. I looked at the sky, the trees, my bicycle, and I decided to go climbing in a tree... to feel contact with nature, with divinity here on earth, contact with myself. Over there, in the tree... I started to talk to this lovely tree. I kept on crying, kept on talking, whispering, thanking the tree to be my friend,... and suddenly I remembered my number 1 wish when I was a child: peace on earth. I felt the wish, in my complete being. I may have been in the tree for 10 minutes, 30 minutes, I don`t know anymore. I paid respect and thank you to the tree for this wonderful experience, and I took my bike again. But when taking my bike... I felt different, more whole, complete, more myself. Something had changed, inside out. By thanking, crying, remembering, contact with nature... I felt... I feel like a visitor here on earth. Now I am here, some day I will not be here anymore. The same feeling you can have when you are on holiday - you know you are on holiday, and that you will be, one day, back home again. Well, this was how I felt, and still feel. I am here on earth, to help, to assist, to do everything what is in my possibilities to shine and share and love. And one day, I will be back home again.

Thank you,
warm regards,

"well, this is my blog...". Nicely put, sounds like the sentiments of many bloggers embracing Blogging Without Obligation, a twist on freedom of expression in the blogging world. The twist is that those that feel the need to blog without obligation are those that are some of the most conscientious bloggers I have yet to see, simply tired of people dumping negative comments in their positive part of the blogging world. Peace.

Hey Connie, sorry for the loss of your dog. I also have a Dachshund named "Potter" that I love very dearly. I lost another dog several years ago and it ain't fun. My sincere condolences.

I recently wrote a blog article called "Programming and The LAW..." that you might be interested in.

Maybe I'm asking for it, but I'd love to hear your thoughts on it. You can read it here if you dare...lol:

Hey Pete can you give us a little more on how closely you are related...like exactly?

Ah Narcissists ! One of my favorite subjects:lol:

Pete you have to put all name calling within context. It seems like you have one already picked out for Joe...in your mind.. without even knowing him personally.

We should watch anything that upsets this much Pete, where we are quick to label. Chances are your shadow is showing. Even without knowing. A little poetry for you Pete

I noticed you had a poetry site that you unashamedly attached to Joe's Blog and then asked all who liked what they saw to tell 2 others..family and friends.

I think Joe is pretty well doing the same thing.

There is a difference between self confidence and Narcissism....and those who don't personally know self confidence within themselves frequently take the leap to calling someone a Narcissist....only because they personally have the resourses to know it is Self-Confidence that Joe exudes.

I have known Joe for 7 years or so ( over 4 in Person ) and have grown to be close friends with him. Joe like all of us has some Narcissism in him, but from all the people i know and have known ...Joe is closer to the bottom on the scale of Narcissism.

Joe is just more Self Confident about his work and what he believes..and excited.

I am sure your close relative is happy to be written about and promoted so well.
Of course i am doing what you were...talking for the dead.

I like what you wrote in your first poem on your website

Determined now to make my mark.
Unaware of the deadly shark.
The killer of dreams and fantasy,
is now forever stalking me.

Forever building up the blocks
that lead me to the towering rocks.
Where happiness, and wealth both rule.

What Joe is doing is building those blocks confidently.
He is a humble kind soul..with a lot of business savy

..And hello to you my Friend Connie

As many may know, I'm no fan of "The Secret," but I did enjoy "The Seven Lost Secrets Of Success," and always thought it was one of Joe's best books. I look forward to reading the revised and expanded version. (And hey, Pete, watch what you say about narcissists! ;-))

Hi Pete. You might want to read all the books and articles by Bruce Barton and then make a judgement call. As for my posts here being "narcisstic", well, this is my blog. I write about books I'm reading, things I'm learning, and experiences I'm having, all framed as lessons for you. If you don't like them, why not skip them? I'm trying to teach with examples from my life, just as Barton and countless other authors have done. I sense jealousy on your post, which is understandable, but it's also transcendable. Just a thought.
Blessings,
joe

Hi Joe.

Bruce Barton, a not too distant relative of mine.
It has to be said (sadly) that he might not have been too pleased with your narcistic postings. One after the other, after the other, after the other, ad-infinitum.

And I can't surely be the only one to have noticed the change in your personality since your appearance in 'The Secret' can I??
