Very sad to see you have been conned by Kevin Trudeau. You mentioned “long term fight with the government”?? Trudeau is a convicted felon and noteworthy con man. As recently as October 2008 – less than three months ago – he was fined more than $5 million and banned from infomercials for three years for continuing to make fraudulent claims pertaining to his book, “The Weight Loss Cure ‘They’ Don’t Want You to Know About”.

Your readers might be interested in seeing exactly the extent Mr Trudeau’s misdeeds and deciding for themselves if he is the great guy you claim he is.

There are buckets of news stories and magazine articles chronicling the exploits of Mr. Trudeau – it makes for some entertaining if not eye-opening reading.

One of the earmarks of a great con-man is that they can still get you to believe them even in the face of overwhelming and contrary data and fact. Kevin Trudeau has achieved this greatness.

You disappoint me Dr. Vitale. While it takes courage to stand by ones convictions in matters of personal belief, it is unethical to cling to one’s beliefs in the face of overwhelming, verifiable, objective evidence.
