They did not hesitate to take my $277.00 and allow me to download. The only problem is, the software is requiring a password and signin name which was not provided. I have made phone calls, written emails, texted, done everything I can to get this resolved with absolutely no response from anyone. If you know the answer, please let me know. As it stands right now, I'm out $277.00, that I really didn't have to spend, for a product that is supposed to help me make money. Until I get this resolved, buy nothing from these folks!!
