Dr. Roger Jahnke, author of The Healing Promise of Qi, personally taught me two short Tai Chi and Chi Kung routines on my back patio when he visited here last week. You can see (and follow) the whole lesson by clicking this link http://revver.com/watch/847583 or by clicking on the image below. Enjoy.

Very cool, Dr. Vitale. I practice a few Chi Kung movements that I know, but that routine is very simple, beautiful, and peaceful. Thanks very much for sharing the video.

Great Joe, You can feel the qi.
It is refreshing. Since there are no coincidences in life an we are getting clearer and clearer we find greater connection between all of us. Great work Joe with all Your activities.
You see, My friend Taijiquan teacher from Osijek put a lot of effort to translate his book to Croatian language and here is the link to see it (on the bottom of the web page): http://www.helistaichi.hr/a/UPISISEMINARWuShuKungFu.htm
And people can order from there of from me Coach Advisor Nikolas
