Fists of Thunder

by Joe Vitale on February 21, 2008

My trainer, Scott York, filmed me in my gym giving him a testimonial. It was right when I was working out, pounding the devil out of “Bob”, so I was out of breath. But you can see it (if you’re curious) at http://fullforcefitness.net/ (see the video half way down the page). I hope George Foreman doesn’t see this. It might make him nervous.

Smokin’ Joe!

Man! Now i know where you get some of your confidence from.
I kind of felt like your body guard when we go out…i have to reconsider this.

It might just be the other way around :-)

Love Ya’ Joe

Joe,
It’s amazing to discover that people like you, who have reached a super-high level of success in the professional / intellectual world, often have a high level of discipline.

Both in the physical sense, with commitment & discipline in physical fitness, and in the professional realm.

Looking forward to next weekend!
All the best,
David Rachford

I’m sure glad I wasn’t on the other end of those fists. Wow! Fists of Thunder for sure. You could probably go pro at any time. Keep on keeping on.

Those are some nice punches you throwing there… beating “Bob” up is one of the best way to lose weight… I love it, In fact I recommend it :D
