Before you got to your point at the end, the question made me wonder how much of that common interest is related to Emerson’s statement ( rough quote ) “Many men spend their whole lives fishing without ever realizing it isn’t fish they’re after.”
Maybe that only applies to the ones who haven’t figured out The Secret yet.

Interesting video. I would agree that people that resonate well with the Law of Attraction, seem to be more open minded very generally. I actually don’t like smoothies much, but now I kinda want one, lol.
